Subscription Service Agreement

Welcome to our product. This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between KaygunCelikInc (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") and you regarding the auto-renewable subscription service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by this product. This Agreement constitutes an integral part of the User Service Agreement.
1. Service Description and Definitions
- Subscription Service: Refers to the premium features, ad-free experience, or other value-added services obtained within a specific period after the user pays a certain fee.
- Service Name: Subject to the display on the App subscription page (e.g., Pro Member, Premium Subscription).
- Billing Cycle: Depending on the user's choice, typically offered as weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions.
2. Auto-Renewal Terms (Core Terms)
To ensure uninterrupted service, this product adopts an auto-renewal model:
- Account Payment: Upon confirmation of purchase, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account associated with your Apple ID.
- Auto-Renewal Mechanism: Unless you manually cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for the original cycle, and the Apple account will be charged within 24 hours prior to expiration.
- Renewal Price: Unless we notify you of a price adjustment in advance, the renewal price is usually the same as the standard price at the time of the initial purchase.
3. Free Trial Policy (If Applicable)
- Trial to Subscription: If you are offered a free trial period, the system will automatically convert it to a paid subscription and start charging at the end of the trial period.
- Cancellation of Trial: If you do not wish to be charged after the trial period ends, please ensure you manually cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Consumption of Trial Benefits: If you purchase a paid subscription during the free trial period (if offered), any unused portion of the free trial time will be forfeited.
4. Subscription Management and Cancellation
You have full control over your subscriptions. To cancel the auto-renewal, please follow these steps:
- Open your iOS device "Settings".
- Tap your [Apple ID/Name] at the top.
- Go to "Subscriptions".
- Find and tap this product in the list.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
Note: Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel the subscription. You must manually stop the renewal through the system settings mentioned above.
5. Payment and Refunds
- Payment Channel: All payments are processed through Apple's secure iTunes/App Store payment system.
- Refunds: According to Apple's policies, subscription payments are generally not refunded directly by developers. To apply for a refund, please visit the Apple Support Website.
6. User Rights and Restrictions
- Service Activation: Upon successful payment, the corresponding premium features will be immediately bound to your Apple ID and activated within the product.
- Non-Transferability: Subscription services are limited to the subscriber's own use through their bound Apple ID on authorized devices and may not be transferred, lent, or sold to any third party.
7. Updates to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time based on product iterations, legal regulations, or adjustments to Apple's platform policies. Major changes will be communicated through in-app pop-ups, announcements, or update logs.
